Zeynel Boutique Hotel

Superb location. Beach is cross the road, and you enter walking path next to ocean that goes for miles. Lots of coffee shops cafes next to it. Front desk staff was nice. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. However there was no kettle or coffee maker to make tea or coffee. Which is a bit weird. Also they had signs posted no food or drinks from outside. So sneak stuff in or what? Never seen that one before… I would stay here because of superb location, proximity to the beach, and lots of dining options nearby.

The only pro is the great location at 100 meters from the beach and close to many pubs, restaurants and grocery stores. However, I would advise not to book a stay with this hotel for the following reasons. - The rooms' soundproofing is non-existent. You literally hear all the conversations from neighbors, the sound of elevators in the middle of the night and a deafening electricity box at each floor around the clock. - Roofs are very low. Rooms from floor 6 have ceilings at 6ft. It is a shame that some clients are requested to stay there. - Legitimate concerns about safety as I saw cleaning ladies opening client's rooms without knocking. In addition, the safety boxes are not encased in shelves at all. I do not have to report any issue but this type of box could very easily be stolen by any dishonest employee or opportunistic visitor. - The staff's laziness and obnoxiousness is the cherry on the cake. First, be informed that the hotel does not allow any food or drink brought from outside, including water to take medication in the middle of the night. The official reason is that this could contain sugar that would attract ants. A most obvious one is that the hotel room service sells the same products 3 times more expensively compared with what you could get on the street. You can also count on some Turkish people sitting all day long on the terrace next to the reception - no one wears specific suits so impossible to know whether they are employees or clients chatting with the staff - who will report to the receptionist anyone coming to the hotel with bags. The receptionist once searched mine without my consent, which is illegal in my jurisdiction - unknown for Turkey though. In addition - in terms of other unprofessional behavior observed, I often saw the receptionist smoking and sitting with clients while there was no one at his desk. I even had to wake up the night shift receptionist to give back my room badge at 4am when I left as he was sleeping on a sofa next to his supposed desk

Stating the problems as Hotel management asked : I have rated 1 for the room and 1 for the service because the room size were not sufficient for 2 adults. And the service was also below par specially at the reception where the guest is made to feel more welcome. There were rude replies when I asked for taxi and other related activities in Antalya.

My wife and I stayed her for a few nights back in April 2022. The hotel was in a perfect location for the beach and other local amenities. Rooms were lovely, couldn't have asked for more. Clean and tidy on arrival and very welcoming. Staff were amazing, they done everything they could to assist us (our first trip abroad without kids so it was all very new to us). food was amazing and very well priced. Our flights home were late in the evening and the staff allowed us to store our baggage at the hotel until our taxi arrived to take us to the airport. Everything about our stay here was fantastic other than one thing, we came at the wrong time so the pool wasn't open for the year yet. We are planning a return trip this year and hopefully since we are arriving in May instead the pool may be open this time. Honestly 5 stars just isn't enough for how great the staff were. Highly recommend this hotel

Very Poor experice! When we reached the hotel reception we were surprised by the variant in price from our booked amount and the actual which we have to pay at hotel Then during our stay we demanded for a extra pillow as a kid was with us the receptionist refused to provide one! Receptionist was rude too while dealing with situation ! Location is good but attitude of reception team needs to be improved a lot
